Open this page online once and wait for “Offline cache ready.” Later cached visits can run the fixed browser engines without a connection. A first visit still needs the site or a downloaded site package served on localhost. Optional model assets are not required. Inputs are saved locally; after a reload, rerun evidence rather than trusting stored UI status. Export files before clearing browser data.
