A useful capability can make a new economic game possible. It also changes what everyone in that game can do.
A measurement makes a promise checkable. An interface connects capabilities that could not work together. A useful intermediate outcome can earn the resources needed for the next construction. Each changes the terms on which people can create value together.
FLYWHEEL Ω treats the complete productive arrangement as something intelligence can construct: the outcome, the means of producing and verifying it, the participants’ choices, and a workable path through commitments, payments and obligations.
Construct the conditions for a better game. Use what succeeds to make its successor possible.
The new connection
Productive means change strategic possibilities.
A construction changes more than the seller’s capabilities. Buyers can combine outputs. Suppliers can reorganize work. Competitors can find new routes. The economic model must follow what the constructed system actually permits.
01 / CONSTRUCT
Create the missing means
Search over production, observation, verification, interfaces and voluntary commitments. Preserve the useful outcome while changing how it becomes attainable.
02 / RECOMPUTE
Include the moves that now exist
Evaluate the choices participants can really execute, including combinations and outside options. A new capability can create both an advantage and a new way around it.
03 / CONTINUE
Fund the next accepted step
Use settled receipts and available financing under their actual terms. Include construction, failed attempts, verification, operation and protected obligations.
04 / INHERIT
Retain what helps create the next
Keep useful instruments and construction procedures with their conditions of use. Test fresh successor benefit separately from accumulated cash or a larger toolkit.
The constructive result · exact analytical study
Useful work can pay for what comes next.
In the paper’s authored two-service model, four arrangements deliver the same final outcome at the same total process cost: 9 abstract units. What changes is how much cash they need before earned receipts arrive.

The connector and staged contract together make the complete route financeable with less opening cash.
Each receipt follows acceptance of a separately useful output. The buyer may refuse each stage.
Start with 6. Let accepted work fund continuation.
6 → 4 → 1 → 7 → 3 → 9
Build the connector (−2), produce the first useful output (−3), collect its accepted payment (+6), complete the second output (−4), then collect its payment (+6). Receipts of 12 less process costs of 9 leave 3 units of modeled surplus.
A complete conventional constructor ties. It can choose the same routes and contracts. At opening cash 9, an ordinary pure-bundle offer earns surplus 4 and beats the staged route’s 3. The best arrangement changes with the available resources.
Inspect the construction and exact comparisons, including the declared acceptance conditions and sensitivity to additional costs. These analytical units are separate from the historical payments below.
Pinned engineering evidence
A game can pass its checks and still miss a move.
In the independently replayed V3 market, all 72 modeled single-report incentive checks pass. Yet the two component purchases provide the joint services for less than the joint offer.

The counterexample concerns the modeled action space. The original 72 checks retain their single-report scope.

The constructive lesson is to connect what can be produced with what participants can choose. The paper calculates the cheapest way to obtain a composed outcome, then uses that corrected view of receipts when evaluating the next construction.
From a counterexample to a construction
Build the arrangement that can take the next step.
The companion study searches an explicit finite space of productive arrangements and complete composed choices. It keeps strong conventional alternatives available, including ordinary construction and reuse.
Change when useful work becomes possible
A productive connector can make a useful, independently checkable intermediate output available earlier. A suitable staged contract can then pay for that accepted output, helping fund the remaining work. Both the connector and the contract must bear their complete costs.
Test the whole route
The study distinguishes total profitability from the cash needed at each step. A useful result can remain profitable while lacking the unrestricted cash for its successor. Larger capital and legitimate financing remain alternatives to compare.
Financed by
Earlier collected resources make the successor’s commitments affordable.
Enabled by
A retained capability changes what the successor can achieve under a matched complete budget.
A better inventor
The changed discovery procedure constructs better arrangements on fresh tasks against capable, equally resourced alternatives.
Scope and evidence. This edition develops exact conditional constructions, an exhaustive authored study and pinned engineering evidence. The strong conventional constructor and ordinary reuse remain legitimate controls. Broad autonomous market creation, observed buyer demand and real commercial profit remain objectives to demonstrate.
The lab’s US$3 billion trailing-365-day profit milestone after complete costs remains unachieved. Historical experiments retain their original capital and outcomes; prospective capital and financing are jointly chosen under explicit terms.
