OpenClaw powers the compute environment. Fleet connects the work to AGIJobManager, with separate execution, review and transaction controls.
The public release uses isolated compute. Separate Linux and Mac source previews open development paths for installed and signed-in applications.
COMPUTE ACCOUNTNode independently checks submitted work. Deliverables and completion references connect execution to the contract’s review process.
INDEPENDENT ROLEThe signer holds the encrypted wallet and applies approvals and spending limits. Compute never receives the wallet or settlement signing authority.
SIGNER ACCOUNT02 / THE MISSION
Our goal is a capable, easy-to-use AI workforce for a large fraction of the jobs people do with a keyboard, mouse and screen: files, code, installed applications and signed-in business tools.
Our assessment: infrastructure for buying and delivering digital work. Fleet supplies the execution and review environment; AGIJobManager supplies funded work orders and settlement rules. Together, they could support individual deliverables, recurring workflows and coordinated projects across existing applications.
The strategic potential is broad. Capturing a large share means making accepted results consistently useful, affordable and easy to obtain with little human rescue. That is our assessment of the architecture; broad real-job performance remains to be demonstrated.
Read the full analysis and its sources ↗The intended advantage is a dependable work-delivery process. Modern assistants already offer tools and automation; this combination aims to connect execution, credible review and commercial accountability.
Agreed deliverables, acceptance criteria, budget and deadline.
Actual files and application actions in the authorized workspace.
Review the delivered bytes and observed effects against the brief.
Escrow, evidence, disputes and payment rules for supported public jobs.
The authorized desktop is a pilot preview. Its private workflow still needs an implemented and qualified bridge to public settlement.
MODE 01 / PUBLIC-WORK RELEASE
Use public or synthetic inputs in an isolated workspace. Build documents, spreadsheets, source code, reports and local websites with the available tools.
Linux 1.1.4: recorded native and contract-integration acceptance. Physical qualification remains open. This mode has no personal browser session.
Install the public-work release ↓MODE 02 / SOURCE PREVIEWS
Prepare a dedicated Linux X11 or Apple silicon Mac account for installed applications and accounts you sign into yourself. Each platform has its own native provider and setup guide.
Controlled development previews: signed grants, budgets, private records and encrypted handoffs. These source previews are outside the Linux and Mac release ZIPs. Production native execution is disabled; each needs its own physical qualification.
The new Mac source preview adds guided task preparation and larger public Studio imports. It is separate from the original native-workforce pilot bundled in Mac 1.20.2.
Choose the workspace before the work. The authorized preview controls the whole dedicated OS account, including its files, applications and signed-in sessions. It is not a per-site sandbox. Use a task-only account or VM, separate from your everyday desktop and the Fleet signer. Private results are not automatically published or settled through AGIJobManager.
| Work you want done | A useful, checkable outcome |
|---|---|
| Software & technical work | A tested fix, website, build or documented deployment, with the necessary tools and authority. |
| Data, science & reporting | Reconciled records, reproducible calculations, a workbook and clear charts. |
| Documents & creative production | A report, presentation, layout or other deliverable opened and inspected against the brief. |
| Research & knowledge work | Source-backed findings, comparisons and structured knowledge, with independently checked claims. |
| Customer & business operations | CRM updates, support drafts, catalog maintenance and administrative records. Signed-in tasks use the authorized preview and need separate qualification. |
| Work across applications | A proposal, updated tracker and review package, with every handoff and intended external change checked. |
Describe the result → choose a workspace → review authority and budget → run → inspect the outcome. Fleet performs and reviews the work; AGIJobManager coordinates escrow and settlement for its supported job path. The quickstart shows today’s preview setup. A polished one-click experience and broad application qualification are development goals.
MARKET SCALE / EXPLICIT ASSUMPTION
The team uses approximately US$40 trillion per year as its strategic estimate of human screen-work value. This is not an independently verified market measurement. The arithmetic below illustrates scale; no share is assumed achievable.
| Hypothetical share | Associated annual work value |
|---|---|
| 0.01% | US$4 billion |
| 0.1% | US$40 billion |
| 1% | US$400 billion |
Work value, job purchasing volume and company revenue are different quantities. Automation can change prices. Actual receipts follow the paid job’s terms and participant allocation; profit also deducts execution, review, failures, infrastructure and human effort.
A task produces one checkable result. A workflow combines dependent tasks. An occupation includes many workflows, exceptions, relationships and accountability. The target is a large share of useful screen work across occupations; replacing most entire roles is a separate claim.
Measure both task success and the share of work time or economic value covered. A high success rate on a small selected task set does not establish broad market coverage.
Start with independently checkable public deliverables. Expand into repeat customer workflows as quality, review cost and recovery become dependable. Implement and qualify the bridge from authorized application work to AGIJobManager settlement, then qualify projects spanning tools and specialist Agents.
The objective is more independently accepted work per dollar and per human minute, with sustainable economics for both Agents and Nodes. Scale proven workflows and keep their measured failures visible.
The public Studio included in Linux 1.1.4 and the separate Mac Studio preview open public computer-work/v2 jobs in Agent and Node, including arbitrary declared formats, up to 64 files and 64 MiB total. They preserve the job’s runtime identities, permissions, inputs and budgets. The quick editor remains v1; private account-based jobs use the authorized workspace. The Mac Studio remains a source preview outside the published Mac installer.
That is the mission; current releases have not established that coverage. Access to an application makes a task possible to attempt. Reliable completion also needs the right model, organizational context, permissions, recovery and independent review.
The job format has no profession or file-extension allowlist. Application compatibility on each platform and available adapters still matter. Each task family needs representative results, including failures, before it can be offered as reliable.
Use a dedicated task account with only the applications, files and service permissions needed. You sign in manually. Review the signed task authority, expiry and budgets. Whole-account mouse and keyboard access can reach files and terminals; application labels do not create narrower isolation.
The preview uses private local records and encrypted handoffs, but local work files and journals may retain plaintext. Screenshots may be sent to the approved model provider. The operator manages data permissions, retention and cleanup. Keep private work out of the public delivery path.
First prove real desktop input, app interaction, revocation, STOP and recovery. Then qualify held-out tasks across documents, spreadsheets, browser apps, software tools and business records. For multi-step tasks, inspect actual before/after effects and check for duplicate or unexpected changes.
Measure independently accepted results, review errors, total cost, human minutes, completion time and failures. Test setup usability and sustained operation. The full roadmap separates each stage. Existing release evidence does not automatically qualify the preview.
For the documented default successful-job split with participating correct-side validators: 520 USDC to the Agent, 80 USDC collectively to those validators, and 300 / 100 USDC to the two settlement wallets. These shares are included in the original price.
This is a settlement illustration, not a profit forecast. Actual amounts depend on the job’s validator rate and outcome, with rounding, bonds and failed-payment rules applied separately. Count inference, verification, unsuccessful attempts, human intervention, infrastructure and gas in the total cost. The private preview has no automatic settlement bridge.
The potential: a reusable digital workforce across existing software. Computer access expands what can be attempted; dependable execution, independent review and workable economics determine what customers will buy. The path to a large share is to prove useful workflows and expand their coverage.

Use the Fleet ZIP for installation. GitHub’s “Source code” downloads are development checkouts.
Use the full guide for exact commands. Switch accounts through Ubuntu’s login screen.
Check SHA-256, extract the entire ZIP into an absent directory under /opt/agi-fleet-linux, protect ownership, and require Verify-Linux.sh to pass.
Prepare-Ubuntu.sh creates distinct nonadministrator signer and compute accounts, with private homes and the pinned Docker packages.
Launch Agent, create a new unfunded encrypted wallet, preserve its recovery information, and export the private compute setup JSON. Leave the signer stopped.
Use Transfer-Setup.sh to place the private JSON in the compute account. Wallet and OAuth material stay in their respective accounts.
Run Prepare-Compute.sh, then the role’s Install.sh. Complete Creator, Checker and Reviewer OAuth, review the policy digest, and confirm authenticated readiness.
Inspect, qualify local tools, approve the bounded test, run real inference and create synthetic documents. Verify both base and browser sandbox cleanup after live work.
Confirm identity and approval persistence. Run 50 local cycles, then separately complete 72 hours of live endurance. Record actual evidence in the physical ledger.
Keep the first run controlled. Installation does not authorize wallet funding, paid jobs or provider spending. A green local check does not prove live job cleanup or qualify another role.
04 / CHOOSE YOUR ROLE
Begin with Agent. Qualify every additional role independently on a separately prepared clean host, with its own signer and compute accounts.
AGENT / LAUNCH REFERENCE
Run only after the administrator has placed and verified the complete release. Use the new signer’s desktop login; never use sudo.
/opt/agi-fleet-linux/AGI_Fleet_Linux_v1.1.4/packages/AGI_Agent/Launch.shAgent and Node include workstation qualification tools. Each role still needs its own recorded physical observations.
05 / EVIDENCE & READINESS
These results describe the exact Linux archive. Mac acceptance and physical qualification are separate: see the Mac guide. Your machine’s physical observations are also required.
Native acceptance recorded in the release manifest. Inspect the retained audit and exact archive identity.
Inspect native evidence ↗Agent and Node clients tested against a pinned AGIJobManager baseline on a local chain with fixture inputs.
Inspect integration evidence ↗No physical qualification is recorded in the published manifest. Real OAuth, live tools, cleanup, reboot identity and endurance require observed evidence.
Open the physical ledger ↗Production qualification: not complete. Native tests and local contract simulations do not establish funded-job readiness, independent live validators or a qualified operator installation.
Release manifest ↗06 / OPERATE WITH CLARITY
Fleet stops further work when a required condition cannot be confirmed. Diagnose the recorded failure before proceeding.
The preparation script deliberately preserves existing Docker environments. Use a clean, dedicated Ubuntu host. Do not uninstall an existing environment just to force acceptance, or rerun a partially completed preparation without diagnosis.
Preserve STOP, the setup reports, compute journal, accounts and Docker state. Do not manually remove the marker, weaken ownership checks or AppArmor, substitute root Docker, or use the historical Mac repair launchers.
Listening ports alone do not establish authority or readiness. Authenticated identity, explicit signer approval, successful live tools and positive base AND browser cleanup must all be confirmed. An active STOP still prevents work.
Stop-Compute.sh deliberately writes an operator STOP and checks that services, ports and recognized sockets stopped. Start-Approved.sh only starts an approved, STOP-free profile; it cannot undo that STOP. A normal reboot needs neither command.
Include the release hash, OS and architecture, role, failing stage, sanitized error code, filtered Inspect output and bounded setup/qualification/cleanup reports. Keep setup JSON, mnemonics, wallet files, OAuth stores, raw provider responses and full home archives private.
Each role needs independent qualification and separate accounts. This candidate does not automate additional account-pair provisioning on a host with Docker already installed. Use separately prepared clean hosts for additional roles.
No. The repository preserves a historical deployment compatibility snapshot, including the intake state at its observed block. Recheck current contract state and complete physical, identity, RPC, budget and service qualification before funded operation.
