For mission reviewers: generate a deterministic readiness packet from a structured project plan, with explicit separation between planning heuristics and executed work.
Trace readiness calculations
The Python runner derives a JSON and Markdown packet from the plan. Follow its formulas before interpreting resilience or coordination metrics.
