Guided launch ritual

The make demo-hgm target drives a narrative-oriented launcher. It validates Python ⟶ primes the environment ⟶ streams the simulation with cinematic pacing.

The launcher narrates the storyline, confirms toolchain readiness, and reminds you where artifacts will land.

Thermostat, Sentinel, and the CMP engine are wired together with deterministic seeds to keep results reproducible.

Timeline, summary, and ROI deltas stream to reports/guided/ ready for dashboards or audits.

Narrative architecture

From the moment the operator initiates the ritual to the instant ROI deltas render, the system follows a ritualised flow. Every component is fully deterministic, giving auditors confidence and enabling CI smoke tests to mirror reality.
