Statements requiring real evidence
- Three real paying customers, measurable customer value, positive contribution margin, repeat purchase, market leadership, or predictable acquisition.
- Independent validation, production security, legal compliance, audit/certification, safe recursive improvement, or real second-mission capability compounding.
- Token value, liquidity, return, yield, treasury value, or investment performance.
Prohibited shortcuts
Do not state or imply “100% safe,” “fully legally protected,” “guaranteed revenue,” “passive income,” “risk-free,” “regulation-free,” “certified,” “audited,” “ASI achieved,” “fully decentralized” without precise evidence, or equivalent absolutes. Synthetic examples must remain visibly synthetic.
