*.club.agi.eth name controls the normal member session. ENS parent powers, transfer, expiry, replacement, and operator-signed status may affect access.Direct-name requirement
Only one-label direct names such as elite.club.agi.eth qualify. The parent name itself, nested names, and other namespaces do not qualify. The connected wallet must be the current ENS Registry owner or the current effective Name Wrapper owner. Token approvals, resolver addresses, and operators are not treated as membership ownership.
Transfer, parent control, and expiry
If the ENS name is transferred, replaced, revoked, unwrapped, rewrapped, or expires, access may move or end. Wrapped subnames may be subject to parent-controlled permissions and expiry. Members must understand the rights actually granted by the parent configuration.
Club Edition and tiers
Every verified direct owner receives the complete Club Edition. An optional operator-signed static manifest may assign Business, Sovereign, Agent, Node, Pioneer, or disabled status. The manifest is verified cryptographically against the signer pinned in runtime configuration. Member-controlled text records cannot self-elevate capability.
No property, investment, or governance right
Membership access is a revocable software licence and community/service entitlement. It is not equity, a security, a bond, a deposit, a franchise, a profit share, a promise of future value, ownership of MONTREAL.AI/GoalOS, or a right to governance, treasury assets, token liquidity, employment, or services not expressly included.
Activation signature
The signature is gasless and proves control of the connected wallet at the time of activation. It incorporates the ENS name, origin, wallet, chain, nonce, issue and expiry times, and current legal versions. It does not authorize a transaction or payment.
Suspension and changes
Access may be suspended for security, fraud, prohibited use, legal risk, expired ownership, material breach, or maintenance. Mandatory law and separate written membership/service terms may create additional rights and limits.
