GoalOS Partner MASTERCLASS · Autonomous Protocol Theatre

Watch proof becomeinstitutional authority.

A complete, one-file demonstration of the GoalOS reference contract suite. One consequential objective becomes a Mission Contract, Proof Debt, AGI Jobs, ProofBundles, an Evidence Docket, validator attestations, Chronicle memory, a typed Merkle graph epoch, proof-gated settlement, governed recursive improvement, Mission 2, challenge, revocation, and rollback.

01 · Autonomous Protocol Theatre

The proof loop is playable.

Every authority-changing action is rendered as an explicit contract call or a clearly identified off-chain protocol operation. Successful calls emit deterministic receipts. Invalid calls revert atomically and remain visible as evidence.

02 · Append-only execution record

Every call leaves a receipt.

The ledger displays the exact function signature, caller, selector, simulated gas, block, event count, and revert reason. “Simulated” is part of the receipt, not a footnote.

Boundary monitor

Fail closed
Contract boundary: the reference SettlementRouter enforces nonzero proof, replay and bond receipt hashes plus quorum and challenge finality. Cross-registry correlation is an accountable settlement-role and policy responsibility in this reference surface.
03 · Governed Decision State

One decision. Every claim visible.

The mission can complete even when a claim is blocked. Completion means the evidence, decision, boundary, and rollback state are inspectable—not that every desired assertion passed.

Decision not yet earned

The system begins with zero jobs, zero ProofBundles, zero validated skills, zero graph roots, and Chronicle closed.

04 · Contract Suite

Exact reference surfaces. No invented functions.

Click any contract to inspect its ABI and exact Solidity source. Commit–reveal validation is shown as an off-chain validator sidecar because the reference AttestationRegistry exposes only the final commit function.

05 · Evidence Docket

The proof room, not a file pile.

Claims, Proof Debt, custom jobs, ProofBundles, replay, validator verdicts, risk, cost, challenge and blocked assertions converge into one reviewable institutional state.

06 · Typed Merkle Forest

Compact commitment. Bounded authority.

Ethereum-compatible Keccak-256, NFC canonical JSON, explicit leaf domains, lexicographically sorted leaves, sorted pairs, duplicate-last odd policy, and previous-root continuity are executed inside the browser.

Proof interpretation

What a valid proof establishes

The exact typed leaf is a member of the committed class root under the recorded tree policy, and the graph epoch binds that class root to chain, registry, agent, epoch, policy, schema, snapshot and previous-root context.

What it does not establish

Truth, safety, legality, freshness, independent validation, production authorization, universal reuse, or correct institutional scope. Chronicle and policy remain the authority layer.

07 · Bonded Authority & Settlement

Proof becomes economically consequential—locally.

The demo uses a development-only mock ERC-20 adapter to exercise the reference IERC20 surfaces. Units have no value and are not live $AGIALPHA. No wallet is connected and nothing leaves the browser.

08 · Governed Recursive Self-Improvement

Search control is not outcome authority.

A candidate improvement moves through bonding, baselines, benchmarks, Council review, staged canaries, controlled rollout, delayed outcomes and only then promotion. The same governor records rollback for a tampered canary.

UpgradeGovernor · main proposal

NONE
Mechanical gate: PROMOTED is legal only from DELAYED_OUTCOME. The demo intentionally attempts an early promotion on a canary and preserves the revert.

RSI evidence and rollback

NOT STARTED

Move-37 rule

Novelty may increase exploration priority. It cannot lower the proof burden. High novelty forces reproduction, policy-shock stress, persistence, scoped canary and rollback readiness.

09 · Held-out Mission 2

Did verified capability improve fresh work?

Four local fixture arms use equal constraints. Only the prior changes. This demonstrates the mechanism for testing compounding; it is not external validation or proof of general RSI.

Fresh control vs memory variants

Mission 1 asks whether something is worth remembering. Mission 2 asks whether it deserves to compound.
10 · Fail-Closed Security Laboratory

Attack the boundary yourself.

These tests are independent of the scripted run. Each produces an inspectable pass/fail result without mutating the authoritative mission state unless the reference function itself permits it.

11 · Exportable Evidence

Leave with the institution.

All generated objects are downloadable from the browser as deterministic JSON or Markdown. Private source material is represented only by hashes and controlled references.
