Frontier AI Standards Blueprint

A dynamic field requires dynamic, independent, and technically rigorous evaluation.

Core functions

  1. Define versioned frontier-class capability and risk thresholds.
  2. Operate protected held-out tests and leakage controls.
  3. Evaluate cybersecurity, biological, deception, autonomy, recursive-improvement, and other material-risk domains.
  4. Coordinate qualified third-party auditors, open-system representatives, red teams, and reality reviewers.
  5. Issue evidence-bound decision states: proceed, condition, narrow, repair, hold, quarantine, or pause.
  6. Refresh benchmarks and address post-release vulnerabilities.

Frontier status is not prestige by assertion. It is an evidentiary state earned against protected tests, independence, risk, and rollback gates.

Status boundary

Independent research and institutional architecture. No governmental, regulatory, accreditation, certification, investment, or token-sale status is claimed. Official authority requires separate lawful designation and evidence.
