Public Publication Policy

What may be published, what must be separately reviewed, and what must remain controlled.

Publication law. Public materials must be accurate enough to read without private oral qualifications.

Public publication gates

  1. Rights. Ownership, licences, attribution, third-party material, and reuse conditions are confirmed.
  2. Claims. Every material claim is labelled as specified, implemented, simulated, externally reviewed, or empirically demonstrated.
  3. Regulatory. No investment solicitation, token sale, return promise, price claim, or unreviewed financial-service representation appears.
  4. Privacy and security. No personal information, secrets, keys, wallet-control data, privileged advice, customer material, or exploit-sensitive information is included.
  5. Evidence. Simulations remain clearly separated from live deployment and independent authority.
  6. Versioning. Release ID, effective date, checksum, archive manifest, and supersession status are recorded.
  7. Human approval. Rights, legal, privacy, security, claims, and publication owners sign the release record.
