Public Institutional Edition · Sovereign Design P‑4.0
Claim Boundary and Evidence Status
Architecture, implementation, simulation, external review, and empirical authority are distinct states.
Claim discipline is part of the product. The public Site describes a proof-governed architecture and a curated reference implementation. It does not convert aspiration into evidence.
Supported public statements
- GoalOS is a proof-to-capability architecture for autonomous AI work.
- Public materials specify Mission Contracts, Proof Debt, AGI Jobs, Evidence Dockets, Chronicle, Validated Skills, Merkle commitments, Mission 2, validation, and governed evolution.
- Browser-local demonstrations illustrate the workflow without wallet, asset movement, or production authority.
- The public corpus is curated and excludes controlled-access economic, legal, security, and operator-specific materials.
Statements requiring stronger evidence
- live production network or mainnet settlement;
- independent external validation of the whole system;
- general recursive self-improvement or compounding intelligence;
- realized economic capture, token value, return, liquidity, or investment performance;
- production safety, legal compliance, cybersecurity certification, or regulatory approval;
- Kardashev Type I progress or civilization-scale productive capacity.
Prohibited public shortcuts
Do not state or imply “100% safe,” “fully protected,” “tax-free,” “regulation-free,” “guaranteed return,” “guaranteed value,” “fully decentralized” without evidence, “rights reserved · governed by proof,” “no one is liable,” “code replaces law,” “ASI achieved,” “Type I achieved,” or equivalent absolutes.
