# GoalOS Partner MASTERCLASS — Masterpiece Institutional Edition

**Release:** `GOS-PM-MASTERPIECE-2026.07-v3.0`  
**Purpose:** move a high-caliber partner room from category comprehension to one executable, evidence-producing Proof Mission.

Open **`START_HERE.html`**. It is the orchestration layer for the entire release.

The launcher composes a session around five inputs: audience, consequential objective, risk class, evidence maturity and desired room outcome. It then routes the room through the right combination of executive theatre, proof operations, evidence inspection, governed recursive improvement and partner design.

The release keeps three evidence lanes visibly separate:

1. **First-party real evidence — GOALOS-REAL-001.** A repository-specific Mission 1 → Mission 2 transfer case with a matching first-party deterministic replay receipt. Its open Proof Debt remains explicit.
2. **Deterministic reference evidence.** COMP-001, Proof Run fixtures, schemas and local replay machinery that support mechanism and implementation claims.
3. **Illustrative partner scenario.** A polished partnership-diligence mission used to teach the product, Docket and Governed Decision State. Its metrics are demonstrative, not partner results.

## Governed recursive self-improvement

The RSI laboratory implements the operating sequence:

Exploration may guide allocation. Outcome authority remains mechanical. Promotion requires executed evidence, baseline advantage, replay, stress, persistence, validator independence, scoped authority and rollback.

The decisive compounding test is Mission 2: does an admitted, scoped capability improve fresh work under equal constraints? No Mission 2, no compounding claim.

First-party evidence is scoped; deterministic reference artifacts are not independent external validation; illustrative mission metrics are not real partner outcomes. Production deployment, independent replay and broader empirical authority remain separately earned gates.
