GoalOS scales by keeping raw intelligence and evidence local, authorizing work inside independently replicated cells, and propagating only compact proof commitments through regional, zone, and planetary root layers. Mission traffic grows with cells; the global root never processes every mission.

Type I design law: no single database, validator set, government, cloud, or chain sits on the critical path for every mission. Local cells continue safely during wide-area partitions; global roots provide asynchronous lineage and interoperability.

Planetary target

The default model is intentionally beyond present-day deployment. It is a capacity architecture and synthetic root test—not a claim that this machine processed the full load.

Privacy boundary: the planetary fabric receives roots, policy receipts, bond receipts, revocations, and selective inclusion proofs—not private intelligence by default.
Claim boundary: “Type I ready” here means that the architecture, capacity model, sharding law, root hierarchy, and synthetic tests avoid a global serial bottleneck at the configured target. It is not a claim of a deployed planetary network. Real assurance requires multi-region load tests, independent operators, fault injection, audits, jurisdictional governance, and sustained production evidence.
