Local proof.
Civilization-wide memory.
GoalOS scales by keeping raw intelligence and evidence local, authorizing work inside independently replicated cells, and propagating only compact proof commitments through regional, zone, and planetary root layers. Mission traffic grows with cells; the global root never processes every mission.
Planetary target
The default model is intentionally beyond present-day deployment. It is a capacity architecture and synthetic root test—not a claim that this machine processed the full load.
Capacity planner
Adjust the civilization target. The architecture adds cells rather than enlarging one global kernel.
Readiness verdict
Pass requires bounded committees, cell capacity headroom, local evidence, logarithmic proofs, deterministic failover, and direct validator identities.
Run the readiness test to create the root-of-roots packet.
Root-of-roots architecture
Only compact commitments travel upward. Raw evidence, private models, and operational data remain in their originating trust domain.
Sample global validator committee
Direct ENS identities are selected deterministically across region and operator slots.
Data locality
Planetary scaling is feasible because raw evidence does not enter one global data plane.
