AGI Club Owner Access Licence

Conditional current-owner licence. Publication of the static files does not grant unrestricted use. Subject to mandatory law, permission to operate this edition is granted only while the user is the current direct owner of the exact one-label label.club.agi.eth name verified by the application.

1. Eligible licensee

The licensee is the wallet holder that the ENS Registry identifies directly as owner, or that a recognized ENS Name Wrapper identifies as the current ERC-1155 owner, of one exact direct subdomain under club.agi.eth. Approval, operator status, resolver control, delegated authority, custody, beneficial interest, prior ownership and nested names do not qualify.

2. Permission

While eligibility remains current, the licensee may use the public static application for lawful internal research, simulation and decision support. No right is granted to represent that GoalOS outputs are professional advice, official approvals, certifications, guaranteed funding, transaction-ready legal positions or regulatory immunity.

3. Restrictions

No access by, or deliberate facilitation of access for, a non-eligible person.
No circumvention, suppression or deceptive removal of the owner gate, legal notices, evidence states, source dates or authority boundaries.
No resale, sublicensing, public mirroring as an ungated service, credential lending or misleading claim of endorsement.
No unlawful, deceptive, sanctions-evasive, tax-evasive, rights-infringing, manipulative or high-impact automated use.
No use of public source publication as evidence that private information or unrestricted rights were granted.

4. Automatic termination

Permission terminates automatically upon transfer, expiry, loss of direct ownership, wallet change, failure of current verification, breach of these conditions or withdrawal of permission to the extent legally effective. A cached receipt does not preserve permission after on-chain ownership changes.

5. Public-source boundary

This is a client-side GitHub Pages deployment. Its source and embedded data can be inspected by the public. The access gate is a conditional-use, deterrence and evidence mechanism; it is not confidentiality technology or unbypassable digital-rights management.

6. No warranty; mandatory law

The materials are provided as-is and as-available. They do not bind regulators or non-signatories, waive mandatory law, cure unlawful conduct, create privilege or guarantee any legal, fiscal, funding, investment or compliance result.
