Important. This legal package is a production-oriented drafting and disclosure system, not a substitute for advice from qualified counsel in every jurisdiction of operation. The operator must complete the included counsel, privacy, security, and live-acceptance reviews before launch.

Operational boundaries
- The complete machine is browser-local and static. It does not itself sign contracts, charge customers, move funds, guarantee customers, or establish legal compliance.
- Current direct
*.club.agi.ethownership activates the normal member experience. Public static source remains inspectable and can be saved after legitimate delivery; this is entitlement gating, not confidential DRM. - Any paid engagement requires a separate written scope, pricing, privacy, security, and responsibility allocation.
- Do not place confidential, privileged, health, financial-account, employment, biometric, export-controlled, classified, or customer-sensitive information in the public/static tool.
Reference framework
The package retains the prior GoalOS public-institution legal pages under reference-public-institution/ for internal comparison and counsel review.
