- Each export should preserve “Algorithmic output / Sortie algorithmique,” version, date, human-review status and provenance digest.
- Synthetic content is not attributed to a real person.
- Simulations and stress worlds are not observed events.
- An evaluation sharing the same model, context or source is not independent merely because it has a different label.
- Provider, deployer, importer, distributor and professional-user roles must be determined per deployment.

The publication is designed to clearly inform the user of algorithmic interaction and attach provenance marking to exports. Exact applicability and any machine-readable marking duty must be determined for actual use.
