MONTREAL.AI retains its trademarks, names, interfaces, text, schemas, software, methods, graphs and pre-existing materials. The user retains its own data and outputs, subject to third-party rights and the applicable agreement.

- No output may enter Chronicle without provenance, rights, scope, version, duration, failure conditions and revocability.
