Data that may be processed
- public wallet address, ENS name, Ethereum ownership reading, signature and verification block;
- legal-bundle version and digests, selected language, timestamps and session duration;
- objective, scenarios, settings, evidence, mission state and exports kept locally;
- technical information processed by GitHub Pages, browser, wallet, RPC or network under their policies.
Purposes
Verify eligibility, constitute acceptance evidence, provide local operation, preserve chosen state and secure exports.
Retention and destruction
The access session expires after 30 minutes and after 10 minutes of inactivity. Mission state remains in localStorage until the user exports, deletes or purges it. Temporary access proof remains in sessionStorage. Purge shared devices. GitHub, wallet or RPC logs remain subject to their policies.
Rights and requests
For access, correction, consent withdrawal, complaint or information, contact the Privacy Officer at info@quebec.ai. Reasonable identity and rights verification may be required.
Automated decisions
The publication is not designed to make an exclusively automated decision producing legal effect on a person. A private deployment that does so must provide notice, principal factors and human review where law requires.
Incidents
The operator maintains an incident process and register. A serious-risk incident is contained, documented and notified as applicable law requires.
