Terms of Use

Acceptance. By entering the institution, checking the confirmations and signing the access proof, you accept these Terms, the Regulatory Notice, Privacy Notice, AGI Club Access Licence, Security Policy, AI Transparency Notice, Rights Policy and Mandatory-Law Savings in the version and cryptographic digest identified.

1. Purpose and eligibility

The institution provides an experimental browser-local publication for research, simulation, architecture comparison, mission design and evidence governance. Ordinary use is licensed personally, on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable basis, conditional on the wallet that currently and directly owns one exact label.club.agi.eth name.

2. User authority

You represent that you can contract and, when acting for an organization, have authority to bind it. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, consents and powers relating to data and decisions you introduce.

3. Permitted licence

The licence permits internal research, simulation, institutional education, mission design and dossier production, provided MONTREAL.AI notices, provenance, boundaries and rights are preserved.

4. Prohibited conduct

5. No advice or authority

No output is legal, tax, financial, medical, investment or regulatory advice; a securities offer, solicitation, brokerage, certification, authority, government decision, official filing or guarantee. Responsible professionals and authorities retain exclusive responsibility for reserved acts.

6. Data, confidentiality and third parties

Primary processing is browser-local. GitHub Pages, the browser, wallet, RPC provider, Ethereum network and external links are third parties under their own practices. Apply minimization and do not use the public publication for confidential workloads.

7. Outputs, proof and non-reliance

Scores, scenarios, recommendations and agent roles are generated by deterministic local software. They may be incomplete, stale or wrong. A digest proves file integrity, not factual truth. Sources, assumptions, evidence, rights, authority, limits and expiry must be verified.

8. Intellectual property

MONTREAL.AI retains all rights in its marks, names, text, interfaces, software, graphs, methods, schemas, concepts and pre-existing materials. You retain your own data and outputs subject to third-party rights and the applicable agreement. No trademark, model-training, commercial-rehosting or competing-service licence is implied.

9. Third-party services and public chains

Wallet, RPC, ENS, Ethereum, GitHub, browser and third-party availability is not guaranteed. Blockchain transactions are public, potentially irreversible and subject to technical, economic, tax and legal risk.

10. Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted, the publication is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of result, accuracy, continuity, fitness, non-infringement, absolute security or universal compliance.

11. Non-reliance and assumption of risk

Do not rely exclusively on the publication for a binding decision. You remain responsible for decisions, providers and consequences, subject to non-waivable rights.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, gross fault where it may not be excluded, privacy obligations or non-excludable liability. Subject to those limits and to the extent allowed, aggregate liability relating to the publication is limited to the amount actually paid for this service in the preceding twelve months or, if nothing was paid, CAD 100.

13. Professional-user indemnity

To the extent permitted, a professional user will indemnify the operator for claims arising from unlawful use, rights violations, unauthorized data, misleading presentation of outputs or circumvention. This does not apply to consumers beyond mandatory law.

14. No special relationship

No mandate, employment, partnership, joint venture, trust, fiduciary duty, lawyer-client, adviser-client or agency is created.

15. Suspension, termination and survival

Access may be suspended or revoked upon loss of qualifying ownership, expiry, breach, security risk, legal obligation or end of the access window. Rights, limitations, evidence, privacy, liability and applicable-law clauses survive.

16. Governing law and resolution

Subject to mandatory law and consumer rights, these Terms are governed by Quebec law and applicable federal laws of Canada. Professional parties will first seek written resolution and mediation in Montréal; arbitration requires a valid agreement and cannot remove non-waivable recourse.

17. Language

The complete French version is presented first. After receiving it, the user may expressly choose English. The French version prevails to the extent required by law.

18. Changes and evidence

Each release has a date, version and digests. Prospective changes are published before taking effect. The access proof may record the digests of accepted documents.

19. Severability, waiver and entire agreement

An invalid clause is reduced only as necessary without invalidating the remainder. Failure to exercise a right is not waiver. The incorporated corpus is the publication agreement unless an express private agreement applies.

20. Mandatory law

No clause limits a non-waivable right, public authority power, professional duty or public-order law.
