All proprietary rights in the Site and Materials remain with ENTREPRISE TERMINATOR INTELLIGENCE INC., operating as MONTREAL.AI and the other identified rightsholders. Public access, repository availability, download, forking, hashing, quotation, ENS naming or blockchain reference does not place the Materials in the public domain and does not create community, token-holder or collective ownership.

Limited public permission

Subject to the Terms, you may read, link to the official publication, cite short excerpts with accurate attribution, and download copies for personal study, scholarship, good-faith research and internal institutional evaluation. Any broader copying, translation, adaptation, hosted redistribution, white-labeling, resale, product integration or commercial use requires prior written permission unless a separate licence expressly permits it.

Marks and institutional identity

No implied licence is granted to MONTREAL.AI, MONTRÉAL.AI, QUEBEC.AI, GoalOS, AGI.eth, AGI Club, AGI Alpha, α‑AGI, the crests, trade dress, domain names, ENS names or confusingly similar institutional identities. Do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, agency or official status.

AI training and text-and-data mining

To the extent permitted by law, rights are reserved against automated extraction, bulk text-and-data mining and training or evaluation of commercial machine-learning systems using the Materials without prior written permission. Crawler directives communicate preferences but are not represented as a universal legal or technical control.

Separate licences

Code, data and third-party components carrying an express licence remain governed by that licence. No licence to confidential information, patents, unpublished inventions, customer information, trade secrets or private capabilities is granted by implication.
