How AI-assisted content, illustrations, demonstrations and candidate outputs are identified and governed.

Human-directed publication

The Site may contain text, code, translations, diagrams and visual concepts created with substantial AI assistance under human direction, selection, editing and publication control. MONTREAL.AI remains responsible for what it chooses to publish, subject to the stated limits and counsel review.

Illustrative artwork

Cinematic architecture, globes, temples, networks, seals and other institutional scenes are illustrative AI-assisted artwork unless a caption identifies an actual photograph. They do not depict an actual headquarters, customer, regulator, validator network, public authority, certified facility or completed infrastructure.

No hidden chatbot on the parent Site

The parent Site does not run an interactive AI chatbot or transmit visitor prompts to an AI provider. Browser-local forms and demonstrations follow deterministic reference logic unless a deployment-specific notice says otherwise.

Interactive AI systems

Any future interactive AI system must clearly inform users that they are interacting with AI, disclose material limitations, identify the responsible deployer, preserve human escalation and comply with deployment-specific privacy, security and AI-law obligations.

Candidate outputs

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs are candidate work. They require evidence, validation and responsible acceptance before consequential use. They do not become Chronicle memory merely because a model produced them.

Machine-readable provenance

Where practical, final synthetic media should preserve machine-readable provenance or labelling appropriate to the publication context. Absence of a detectable mark must not be treated as proof that content is human-created.
