Operational principles

Public / private separation

Public releases contain no private signing material, confidential customer payload or protected runtime by default.

Authority separation

Execution, independent review, customer acceptance, Chronicle admission and public claims remain separate decisions.

Evidence discipline

A polished interface, repository, paper or mainnet contract is never treated as automatic proof of customer value.

Human responsibility

Consequential decisions remain subject to accountable human and institutional authority.

Versioned correction

Material changes preserve the prior claim, reason, source, approver and date.

Data minimization

The public site avoids confidential intake and third-party analytics in the default release.

Contact and governing boundary

Questions, access requests, corrections or reports may be sent to info@quebec.ai. These public pages are operational policies, not a substitute for transaction-specific agreements or professional advice.
