MONTREAL.AI Public Institutional Website · Legal Version 1.0

Privacy Policy

A privacy-minimized static publication with no account, advertising, analytics, checkout or server-side mission-intake form.

Version1.0
Effective1 August 2026
Governing postureMandatory law and actual facts prevail

1. Publisher and privacy responsibility

Publisher: ENTREPRISE TERMINATOR INTELLIGENCE INC., operating as MONTREAL.AI.
Person Responsible for the Protection of Personal Information / Privacy Officer: President, ENTREPRISE TERMINATOR INTELLIGENCE INC.
Contact: info@quebec.ai.

2. What the parent Site does not collect

The parent Site does not operate first-party analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural profiling, user accounts, checkout, payment, wallet connection, newsletter subscription, or a server-side mission-intake form. The legal acknowledgement is held in volatile page memory only and is not placed in a cookie or account.

3. Browser-local tools

Some optional tools generate drafts, receipts, graphs or exports inside your browser. Certain clearly identified standalone systems may use local or session storage so that you can preserve work on your device. Unless you deliberately export or transmit it, that state is not sent to MONTREAL.AI. Clear browser/site data to remove local state.

4. Hosting and technical logs

The Site is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub, your browser, network provider, DNS provider or linked third party may process IP address, device or browser information, requested resource, timestamp, referrer, diagnostics and security logs under their own terms and privacy notices. MONTREAL.AI does not receive a first-party analytics dashboard from this Site.

5. Email and inquiries

If you voluntarily email MONTREAL.AI, the email and metadata are processed to respond, assess the request, preserve necessary business records and protect legal rights. The public Commission tool no longer inserts the complete local brief into an email. It asks for a protected intake path. Do not send confidential, privileged, personal, regulated, classified, security-sensitive or unauthorized third-party information before an approved secure channel and, where appropriate, a signed agreement or NDA.

6. Children and vulnerable persons

The Site is directed to professional, research and institutional audiences and is not intended for children. Do not submit information about a child or vulnerable person through a public channel.

7. Retention, security and incidents

MONTREAL.AI retains direct inquiry records only as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security, dispute prevention and record integrity. If the Publisher actually holds personal information and a confidentiality incident occurs, it will assess, record, mitigate and notify as required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request access to or correction of personal information held by the Publisher, ask questions about use or retention, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or submit a privacy complaint. A Québec private-sector access or correction request will be answered within the statutory period, generally 30 days after receipt. Send sufficient information to verify the request without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.

9. Future private services

Any future service that collects customer or user information must publish a deployment-specific privacy notice, complete a privacy and security assessment, define purpose and lawful authority, identify service providers and cross-border transfers, minimize collection, implement retention and deletion, and obtain valid consent where required.

Privacy by architecture. The least risky personal information is the information the public Site never asks you to provide.
