Token & Blockchain Boundary
How optional protocol infrastructure is separated from ownership, investment, truth and customer acceptance.
No public token offering
The Site does not offer, sell, distribute, broker, exchange, custody, stake, lend, redeem, price-support or recommend $AGIALPHA or any other cryptoasset. No token is required to read the parent Site or inspect public research.
No corporate or investment rights
Holding, acquiring, transferring or using a token does not, by itself, create equity, shares, debt, beneficial ownership, partnership, profit sharing, dividends, governance rights in MONTREAL.AI, rights to GoalOS, claims on assets or reserves, redemption rights, creditor rights or entitlement to future income, appreciation, yield or liquidity.
Possible technical functions
Deployment-specific systems may research payment for validated AGI Jobs, validator bonds, challenge deposits, protocol fees, attestations, access tiers, reputation or integrity-preserving settlement. Those functions are not activated by this parent Site and must receive separate technical, legal, securities, tax, consumer, privacy, AML, sanctions and communications review.
Proof boundary
A blockchain can record identities, commitments, hashes, stakes, attestations, verdicts, disputes and settlement state. It cannot independently prove that an off-chain event was true, lawful, safe, professionally appropriate, valuable or accepted by the responsible institution.
Customer sovereignty
The responsible customer or authority retains final acceptance, repair, rejection, pause and revocation. Chronicle admission is separately governed. The token and chain do not own MONTREAL.AI, control GoalOS or define truth.
