Mode: Local API client. Validates a bundled job and can submit it to a configured legacy orchestrator.

Prerequisites: Python 3.11–3.13; installed project dependencies.

No. Offline mode loads GGUF models. If a key is present the system auto‑upgrades to GPT‑4o.

Can humans bid on α‑jobs?

Yes. Any party may bid, but agents generally outperform on cost & speed.
