Accessibility and Language Constitution
Accessibility by design
Provide keyboard access, logical focus, readable contrast, semantic structure, text alternatives, reduced motion, responsive layout, accessible downloads and equivalent non-visual information.
Deployment obligations
Public-sector and consumer deployments may be subject to jurisdiction-specific accessibility laws and standards. The operator must identify the applicable standard, testing method, remediation owner, contact and publication statement.
Language
Provide required local-language versions in the required order. Where Québec law or another mandatory regime requires a local-language contract or notice, the operator must localize before use and preserve evidence of the user’s legally valid language choice.
