Excluded public-reference functions

autonomous external execution;
custody, payment, lending, brokerage, exchange, escrow or money transmission;
professional advice or representation;
high-impact decisions about people;
sensitive, privileged, export-controlled or customer data;
public power or critical-infrastructure control;
dual-use deployment without separate authorization;
filing, signing, contracting, procurement commitment or programme submission;
claims of guaranteed compliance, immunity, funding, value or return.

Withheld from public distribution

deployment-specific privileged legal, tax, securities, employment, insurance, sanctions and privacy work;
credentials, keys, recovery routes, private endpoints and exploit-sensitive details;
customer, partner, acquisition, investment, licensing and negotiation materials;
internal valuation, treasury, pricing and controlled operating books where publication increases risk.
