Privacy-minimized reference architecture · Universal Apex Protected L-9.0 · 2026-07-23

Privacy Notice

Privacy by minimization. The standalone reference edition is designed without accounts, analytics, advertising, payment, wallet connection or server-side submission forms.

Local processing

Mission state, preferences, acceptance receipts and exported dossiers are processed and stored in the user’s browser unless the user chooses to transmit them. Clearing site data removes browser-local records. The application does not send those records to an operator.

Hosting metadata

A browser, network provider, repository host, CDN or website host may process IP address, user agent, request time, referrer, diagnostics or security logs under its own policies. A deployment must accurately disclose any such processing.

No sensitive submissions

Do not enter personal, confidential, privileged, regulated, health, financial, biometric, children’s, worker, customer, export-controlled, security-sensitive or proprietary information into the public reference edition.

Operator deployment duties

An operator that collects or receives personal information must identify controller/processor roles, purposes, lawful authority, minimization, retention, deletion, security, subprocessors, transfers, individual rights, complaints and incident duties; conduct impact assessments where required; and publish a deployment-specific privacy notice and data-processing terms.

Children

The reference edition is not directed to children. Any deployment involving children or schools requires age, consent/authority, safety and local-law controls.
