Public Publication Policy

Public materials must be accurate enough to read without private oral qualifications.

Publication gates

  1. Rights: ownership, licences, attribution, third-party materials and reuse conditions confirmed.
  2. Claims: each material statement carries an evidence status and scope.
  3. Regulatory: no unreviewed offer, return, token, financial-service, tax, funding or compliance representation.
  4. Privacy/security: no personal information, secrets, keys, privileged advice, customer material or exploit-sensitive detail.
  5. Evidence: simulations separated from live authority and independent review.
  6. Localization: language, accessibility, consumer and worker requirements satisfied.
  7. Versioning: release ID, date, manifest, checksums, source snapshot and supersession status recorded.
  8. Approval: rights, claims, legal, privacy, security, accessibility, technical and final owners sign.

Withhold or separately review

Confidential inventions, deployment credentials, privileged advice, customer data, internal valuations, rights negotiations, incident-sensitive details, fundraising or token-sale materials, and operator-specific legal/tax drafts belong in controlled-access channels.
