Prohibited-Use Constitution

• illegal activity or deliberate circumvention of mandatory law;
• tax evasion, sham substance, concealed beneficial ownership or false residency;
• sanctions or export-control evasion, diversion or concealment;
• false, misleading, deceptive or unsubstantiated claims;
• unauthorized access, credential discovery, secret reconstruction, malware or exploitation;
• discriminatory, exploitative, abusive or rights-violating decisions;
• covert surveillance, unlawful profiling or biometric/emotion inference;
• impersonation of a regulator, professional, public official or Protected Party;
• false filings, fabricated evidence, obstruction, destruction or alteration of required records;
• presenting simulation as production, approval, certification or independent validation;
• removing legal, rights, claim-boundary or evidence-status notices;
• using the system to target children or vulnerable persons without appropriate authority and safeguards.

Lawful tax planning, corporate structuring and regulatory-surface minimization are permitted only when supported by genuine business purpose, substance, accurate disclosure, current advice and compliance with mandatory law.
