Claim Boundary and Evidence Status

Claim discipline is part of the product. Architecture, implementation, simulation, external review and empirical authority are distinct states.

Permitted evidence vocabulary

StatusMeaning
SpecifiedArchitecture or policy is documented.
ImplementedA reference implementation exists in the described environment.
SimulatedA deterministic or probabilistic illustration exists; no external authority is implied.
Externally reviewedAn identified independent reviewer inspected the stated scope.
Empirically demonstratedReal-task evidence, baselines, artifacts, review and delayed outcomes support the scoped claim.

Claims requiring stronger evidence

Prohibited shortcuts

Do not state or imply “fully protected,” “regulation-free,” “100% compliant,” “tax-free,” “guaranteed return,” “guaranteed funding,” “code replaces law,” “no one is liable,” or equivalent absolutes.

Claim receipt

Every consequential statement requires scope, exact wording, evidence, status, owner, audience, jurisdiction, date, expiry and approval.
