Rights, Ownership and Reuse

Ownership reservation

All proprietary rights in names, brands, text, layouts, images, software, schemas, taxonomies, methods, documentation, compilations, source selections and unpublished inventions remain with the applicable originator, publisher and identified rightsholders. Downloading, forking, hashing, linking or referencing a blockchain does not create equity, debt, governance, beneficiary, revenue-sharing or future-income rights.

Permitted reference use

Subject to the Terms and any separate licence, users may read, cite short excerpts accurately, link to the official release, and download for personal study, scholarship, internal evaluation and good-faith research.

Reserved activities

Commercial exploitation, resale, hosted redistribution, white-labelling, translation, adaptation, removal of notices, competing branded publication, automated scraping, bulk extraction, text-and-data mining, commercial model training or evaluation, trademark use, or implied sponsorship requires prior written permission unless an express separate licence permits it.

Integrity and attribution

Do not alter substantive meaning while retaining GoalOS branding. Preserve copyright, trademark, claim-boundary, evidence-status and regulatory notices. Do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, agency, authority or an official fork.

Separate components

Third-party code, data or materials remain subject to their own licences. No patent, trademark, domain, ENS, confidential-information or unpublished-invention licence arises by implication.
