GoalOS name and trade dress

No trademark, logo, domain, trade-dress, endorsement, certification or official-fork right is granted by public access. Operators must use their own identity and must not imply that an unapproved deployment is operated, certified or guaranteed by an originator or rightsholder.

Operator licensing

Commercial hosting, white-labelling, resale, distribution, managed services, training-data use or product integration requires an express licence defining scope, territory, term, fees, quality controls, security, claims, support, audit, termination and post-termination obligations.

Rights records

Maintain a register of software, data, content, models, images, trademarks, third-party components, licences, restrictions, attribution and expiry.
